1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pet Roast, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Pet Roast.

These Terms apply to the Pet Roast Android application, website, accounts, pet profiles, photo-processing features, generated results, premium features, subscriptions, purchases, rewarded features, and related services.

Pet Roast is developed and operated by E-knopka, referred to in these Terms as “Pet Roast,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. Eligibility

Pet Roast is intended for users aged 13 and older. You may not use Pet Roast if you are under 13 years old.

If you are under the legal age of majority where you live, you may use Pet Roast only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Pet Roast, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally permitted to accept these Terms.

3. What Pet Roast does

Pet Roast is an entertainment app that turns selected pet photos into humorous and shareable content.

Available result formats may include:

• pet roast cards;
• memes;
• pet dossiers;
• wanted posters;
• titles and captions;
• aliases and humorous descriptions;
• pet-themed ratings and metrics;
• hashtags and scores; and
• other photo-based entertainment results.

Some features may require an internet connection, an account, an authenticated session, an active subscription, a purchase, an available rewarded ad, or access to third-party processing services.

Features, modes, designs, generation limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.

4. Generated results are for entertainment only

Pet Roast results are jokes and entertainment. They are not factual or professional assessments of an animal, its health, temperament, behavior, breed, safety, ownership, or legal status.

Pet Roast uses automated systems and third-party processing services to generate titles, captions, descriptions, metrics, images, and related content.

Generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, repetitive, exaggerated, unsuitable, incomplete, or offensive. Similar or identical results may occasionally be generated for different users or photos.

Pet Roast does not provide veterinary, medical, behavioral, legal, financial, breeding, training, or other professional advice.

Do not rely on a Pet Roast result when making decisions about an animal’s health, care, behavior, safety, treatment, or welfare. Consult an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

You are responsible for reviewing each result before saving, downloading, publishing, or sharing it.

5. Your photos and content

You retain any ownership rights you already have in photos, profile information, and other content that you submit to Pet Roast.

You grant Pet Roast and its contracted service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, resize, crop, adapt, and process your content only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the features you request;
• generate and display Pet Roast results;
• maintain pet profiles and generation history;
• allow you to save, reuse, download, or share results;
• operate and secure the service;
• investigate errors, abuse, or safety issues; and
• provide support.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own the content you submit or have all permissions needed to use it;
• submitting and processing the content does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• you have permission to upload any image containing an identifiable person; and
• your content and use of the service comply with applicable law and these Terms.

Do not submit confidential information, sensitive documents, passwords, financial details, government identification documents, or content that you are not permitted to disclose.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Pet Roast to upload, request, create, save, publish, or share content that:

• violates any applicable law or regulation;
• is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or invasive of another person’s privacy;
• targets, humiliates, bullies, threatens, or harasses a private person;
• promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on a protected characteristic;
• contains or promotes sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexually explicit content involving minors;
• exploits, endangers, harms, or depicts abuse of a child or an animal;
• promotes animal cruelty, neglect, fighting, or deliberate harm;
• encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior;
• impersonates another person or falsely suggests that another person approved or created the content;
• creates deceptive synthetic media, non-consensual intimate content, or misleading representations of real people;
• violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights;
• includes malware, harmful code, or attempts to compromise the app or another system;
• attempts to bypass moderation, safety filters, authentication, generation limits, subscription restrictions, or payment controls;
• uses automated tools to scrape, extract, overload, probe, or interfere with the service;
• reverse engineers, decompiles, or attempts to obtain source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresents generated entertainment content as a factual, scientific, veterinary, medical, legal, or professional assessment.

You may not use multiple accounts, devices, altered identifiers, automation, or other methods to obtain free generations, advertising rewards, trials, subscriptions, or benefits in a deceptive or unauthorized manner.

We may refuse to process a request or restrict access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that action is necessary to protect users, animals, third parties, service providers, or the service.

7. Reporting offensive or unsafe generated content

If Pet Roast generates content that you believe is offensive, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, you may report content by emailing support@e-knopka.xyz .

Include a short description and, where possible, the relevant screenshot, generated text, result identifier, or other context. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

We may review reports to investigate individual results, enforce these Terms, and improve prompts, filters, moderation, and safety systems.

8. Accounts, guest access, and security

Pet Roast may allow limited use without an account. Guest access, trial generations, and available result modes may be restricted.

Some features may require you to create an account or sign in, including profile features, generation history, paid access, or additional generations.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• keeping your account and sign-in methods secure;
• protecting access to your device;
• not sharing authentication tokens or access credentials; and
• activity performed through your account.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share an account in a manner that enables fraud, abuse, unauthorized purchases, or violation of these Terms.

Guest access and guest-generated content may be associated with the device or temporary identifiers. Guest data may not remain available after app removal, device changes, storage clearing, or expiration of the applicable trial.

9. Purchases, subscriptions, and premium features

Pet Roast may offer subscriptions, premium plans, one-time purchases, generation packages, or other paid digital features through Google Play Billing or another authorized app-store payment system.

The price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, generation allowances, and any trial conditions will be shown before purchase.

Recurring subscriptions

A recurring subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the next renewal date through the account used to make the purchase.

Deleting your Pet Roast account or uninstalling the app does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You must manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play or the applicable app store.

Purchase verification

We may verify purchases, subscription status, purchase tokens, and entitlements before making paid features available.

Attempts to manipulate, forge, transfer, reuse, or bypass purchase verification may result in suspension or termination of access.

Changes to premium features

Premium features may change over time. We may add, remove, rename, replace, or modify features where reasonably necessary for technical, legal, safety, store-policy, or product reasons.

Changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights or alter a completed purchase in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to Google Play’s policies, the applicable store’s policies, and mandatory consumer-protection law.

Except where required by applicable law or the applicable app-store refund rules, purchases are not refundable merely because a generated result was unexpected, repetitive, inaccurate, unsuitable, or did not match your personal preferences.

10. Rewarded ads

Pet Roast may offer rewarded advertisements that allow you to unlock an additional generation, result, feature, or other in-app benefit after completing an eligible advertisement.

Reward availability may depend on:

• advertising inventory;
• your country or region;
• network availability;
• device and app conditions;
• account or guest status;
• fraud-prevention checks;
• advertising-provider confirmation; and
• technical availability.

We do not guarantee that a rewarded ad will always be available or that an interrupted, incomplete, invalid, or unconfirmed ad view will provide a reward.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to limits or expiration.

Attempts to manipulate ad completion, rewards, device identifiers, network traffic, or fraud-prevention systems may result in removal of rewards or restriction of access.

11. Intellectual property

Pet Roast, including its name, logos, branding, interface, software, source code, designs, templates, layouts, prompts, systems, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is owned by E-knopka or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pet Roast in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights in Pet Roast are transferred to you.

Your generated results

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any third-party rights, you may save, download, publish, and share generated Pet Roast results for lawful personal and social-media use.

This permission does not:

• transfer ownership of the Pet Roast app or its templates;
• grant rights to third-party photos, trademarks, characters, designs, or other protected material;
• permit you to falsely claim sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Pet Roast or another person; or
• permit use of generated results in an illegal, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or infringing manner.

Because generated content is produced automatically, similar or identical content may be created for other users. We do not guarantee that generated titles, captions, layouts, images, or concepts are unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

12. Copyright and rights complaints

We respect the intellectual-property and privacy rights of others.

If you believe that content processed or made available through Pet Roast infringes your copyright, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, contact:

Your notice should include:

• your name and contact information;
• a description of the protected work or right;
• enough information for us to identify the relevant content;
• an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
• a statement that the information in the notice is accurate; and
• confirmation that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.

We may remove or restrict access to content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

13. Content removal, account restrictions, and termination

We may reject a request, remove content, revoke rewards, limit generations, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these Terms;
• you infringed another person’s rights;
• you attempted fraud, payment abuse, or reward manipulation;
• your activity creates a security or safety risk;
• your use could harm users, animals, third parties, or Pet Roast;
• restriction is required by law or an app-store policy;
• a service provider requires the restriction; or
• continued access could create legal, operational, or technical risk.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to contact support. We may act without advance notice when urgent action is reasonably necessary.

You may stop using Pet Roast at any time. You may request account deletion as explained in the Account and data deletion section of our Privacy Policy.

14. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of Pet Roast.

We do not guarantee that:

• the service will always be available or uninterrupted;
• every feature will remain available permanently;
• every photo or request can be processed successfully;
• all generated content will be retained indefinitely;
• a specific processing provider or model will always be used;
• an advertisement or reward will always be available; or
• Pet Roast will work with every device or operating system.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, capacity limitations, network problems, provider outages, security incidents, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for keeping copies of generated results that you want to retain permanently.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless E-knopka, Pet Roast, and their owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

• your violation of these Terms;
• your unlawful or unauthorized use of Pet Roast;
• content that you upload, generate, publish, or share;
• your infringement of another person’s rights; or
• fraud, abuse, or misconduct connected with your account.

This section does not apply where indemnification is prohibited or restricted by mandatory consumer-protection law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in your country provide otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or Pet Roast will be submitted to the competent courts of Ukraine.

This does not prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory consumer-protection rights or bringing a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law expressly permits it.

17. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Roast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• generated results will be accurate, unique, or appropriate;
• all defects or errors will be corrected;
• stored content will never be lost;
• the service will satisfy every user’s expectations; or
• third-party services will always remain available.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and satisfactory quality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, E-knopka, Pet Roast, and their owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business, or opportunity;
• loss, corruption, or unauthorized disclosure of content or data;
• actions taken in reliance on generated entertainment content;
• content that you or another user downloads, publishes, or shares;
• service interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers; or
• unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your account or device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to Pet Roast will not exceed the amount you paid for Pet Roast during the one-month period preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

19. Changes to Pet Roast or these Terms

We may update Pet Roast, change its features, modify generation limits, adjust pricing, replace processing providers, update safety systems, or discontinue parts of the service.

We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to Pet Roast, our business practices, legal requirements, service providers, or app-store policies.

When these Terms change, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the app, website, or Google Play listing.

Your continued use of Pet Roast after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using Pet Roast.
